Who we are
This website, keystonewellwater.com, is operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon-registered marketing and lead generation company doing business as Compass Lead Group. Keystone Well Water is a marketing service that connects homeowners with independent licensed well water treatment contractors. It is not a contractor and performs no testing or treatment work.
What we collect
When you submit a form or call, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, county, property details you choose to share (such as water source or test results), and the content of your messages. Our hosting infrastructure also logs standard technical data such as IP addresses and pages visited.
How we use it
We use your information to match you with a licensed local water treatment contractor, to follow up on your inquiry, and to improve the service. We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Your inquiry is shared with an independent licensed contractor who can handle your request in your area; that is the purpose of the service. We also use third-party service providers to operate the site, including Cloudflare (hosting) and Web3Forms (form delivery), which process data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry records, including records of your consent to be contacted, for at least five years, consistent with federal telemarketing consent guidance, and then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You may opt out of further contact at any time: reply STOP to any text, ask to be removed during any call, or email us. You may also request a copy of the information we hold about you or ask us to delete it, subject to the consent records we are required to keep. Residents of states with consumer privacy statutes, such as California, may exercise the rights those laws provide through the same contact below.
