The service

keystonewellwater.com is operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon-registered marketing and lead generation company doing business as Compass Lead Group. The site provides educational content about Pennsylvania well water and a free matching service that connects homeowners with independent licensed well water treatment contractors. Compass Camper LLC is not a contractor, does not perform testing or treatment work, and does not negotiate scope or pricing on any job.

Your contract is with the contractor

Any work you commission after a match is a direct agreement between you and the independent contractor. Compass Camper LLC is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the contractor's estimates, workmanship, schedule, licensing, insurance, or conduct. Verify registration and insurance before signing; the About page explains how.

No warranty

The site and the matching service are provided as is. We do not warrant the work performed by any contractor, and we do not warrant that educational content, which summarizes primary sources such as Penn State Extension, the Pennsylvania DEP, and USGS, fits your specific water system. Water chemistry varies well to well; rely on your own lab results and the licensed professional who reviews them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Compass Camper LLC's total liability arising out of your use of this site or the matching service is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false inquiries, scrape the site, or use it to send spam. We may decline or discontinue service to anyone who abuses it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and any dispute is resolved in Oregon courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
